当館では24時間ご自由に外出いただけます。
外出の際は、ルームキーをフロントにてお預かりし、「外出札」をお渡ししております。
恐れ入りますが、ご外出の際はフロントスタッフまでお声掛けくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、ルームサービス等のご利用により未精算料金が発生している場合は、外出前にご精算をお願いする場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
また、ご延長料金が発生している際の外出につきましても、一度ご精算をお願いする場合がございます。あわせて、今後のご予定について確認させていただく場合がございますので、重ねてご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
【Notice Regarding Going Out】
Guests are welcome to leave the hotel freely 24 hours a day.
When leaving the hotel, we will keep your room key at the front desk and provide you with an “Outing Pass.”
We kindly ask that you inform the front desk staff before going out.
Please note that if there are any outstanding charges, such as room service fees, we may ask you to settle the balance before leaving the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition, if extension charges have been incurred, we may also ask for payment before going out. We may also confirm your future schedule or intended length of stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
