From the Kita-Ikebukuro IC exit, proceed along Kawagoe Kaido (National Route 254) towards Nihonbashi.
Turn right at the third traffic light (corner of Toshima Regional Joint Government Building) and enter Theater Street.
At the 6th traffic light (in front of Ikebukuro Post Office), turn right at the next corner (in front of Family Mart Ikebukuro West Exit Store).
