From the Kita-Ikebukuro IC exit, take Kawagoe Kaido/ Route 254 toward Nihonbashi.
At the third traffic light (the corner of Toshima Regional Government Office Building), turn right onto Gekijo-dori.
At the 6th traffic light (in front of Ikebukuro Post Office), turn right onto Tokiwa-dori.
