The "Chiba Station East Exit Taxi Stand" is located in front of you when you exit the central ticket gate of JR Chiba Station and go down to the ground floor using the stairs/escalator in front of you. There are entrances to the underground passage to the taxi stand on both sides, so proceed through the underground passage.
Proceed along Chiba Ekimae Main Street, turn right at the Chuo 3-2 intersection next to Chiba City Yoshikawa Park, and walk straight for about 100 meters.
